My variation of a South Beach Diet Vegetable Quiche Cup.
This recipe is adapted from my bread machine cookbook. It uses 2 1/2 cups flour which I did not find for any other crust recipes in the database.
I divide the dough between 4 Pampered Chef personal size pizza stones and each family member tops their own. I usually set up the dough in the morning before I leave for work and set the timer so it is time to do step 2 when I get home.
