This is a great morning snack or breakfast. I make them using the large muffin pans, which fills two of the slots with this batter -- therefore two muffins count as 2 shakes and 1 fruit.
This is a healthy, HMR friendly recipe for cornbread. It's awesome with the barbecue chicken entree. It counts as one vegetable and one shake.
This is a good holiday snack and makes two mini loaves. Each loaf counts as one fruit and 2 shakes.
