This is a traditional Finnish and Baltic cold fruit soup commonly served for dessert either plain or with cream.
This is the real thing. No fat free whipped topping or pudding mix here. Perfect for a low carb primal diet, but only as a treat :)
Have a bain marie and a bowl of ice water ready. Use farm eggs since they're essentially raw.
