Craving pancakes, but you can't eat eggs, gluten, dairy, or all of the above? Look no further!
The batter will seem runny, and will run a bit when you pour it (I use 1/4 cup scoops of batter in the frying pan or on the griddle), but the pancakes should turn out thin and light.
See "Soft White Bread" for homemade white bread recipe. I slice it thick for french toast.
Some potato and wheat bran gives this a bit of a healthy punch, but the bread is still nice and soft. Good for sandwich bread or french toast.
Rich & creamy cheese sauce paired with whole wheat macaroni and broccoli!
This is a great tasting spinach and artichoke side dish. Make it even more healthy with fat free mayo and sour cream and a butter substitute.
Fresh salsa is always better than bottled, and it is much lower in sodium. This salsa is great with tortilla chips, on tacos or burritos or tostadas, or even straight out of the bowl!
