Boil sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Add coconut , peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.
return to heat for 2 mins and drop on wax paper
Melt butter/ marshmallows in double broiler. remove from heat add vanilla and green food coloring. mix well, add flakes, set on wax paper.
