I'm a huge fan of any soup with beans. This comes from a recipe that I modified when I didn't have any ham to add to it.
the name says it all
I found a recipe for a "spicy healthy soup". I modified it with flavors and things that I like for this recipe.
The only way I will eat brown rice is in a stir fry. This one uses a brown and wild rice blend that I absolutely love. The calorie and fat content look okay. I need to find a way to cut the sodium!!
A chili variation that uses turkey instead of beef and three types of beans.
I adapted an Alfredo recipe from SP member DORIGIRL, added Shrimp and Spinach and it is wonderful!!
