Packed with veggies to fool the husband into eating them and baked instead of fried.
Like the expensive bars you can buy in a store. This is just one variation. Try it with dried cherries instead of prunes, almonds instead of walnuts...the variations are endless.
Delicious. I ate the whole thing!
Layer and bake at 350 for 45 mins.
Called this because I threw in a bunch of random veggies from my crisper. It's similar to the Paula Dean broccoli salad recipe but with reduced calorie mayo and Truvia instead of sugar. Also used real bacon bits instead of frying bacon (that's what I had).
No-crust baked pumpkin puree.
Simple crock pot dish. Serve over brown rice.
in rice cooker
Layer like a lasagne.
Adapted from Psdahri's recipe for 4 people. Calorie count changes.

"Chicken breasts slow cooked with a creamy white wine and mushroom mixture. This quick and easy recipe calls for just five main ingredients, yet is tasty enough to serve for company! My husband normally doesn't like chicken, yet asks for seconds whenever I prepare this. I spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve with rice or noodles."
Nice blend of flavors to top with your favorite salad dressing.
