Nice soup for cold days.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, Mix well and place in 12 muffin tins. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Mix all together with 1 tsp b. powder and 1 tsp soda 1/2 tsp salt and dash of mace.
Can add vanilla if you prefer and cinnamon.
Slice one granny smith, two to three slices of pineapple, mix together in small oven proof dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar, dash of salt and place harvest crunch cereal over top. Before placing cut the butter into the cereal. Bake at 400 until apple is tender.
Chile with red kidney beans. One 28 oz can of cubed tomatoes and one 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes.
