extra fiber & protein jello
If you do not have buttermilk use 1% Milk and 1/2 t. vinegar
Mixe wet ingredients in one bowl cream.. mix dry in another.. then mix and scoop into T. size mounds on a cookie sheet bake about 12 mins.
I used avocado oil and Chia seeds too.
For breakfast too just use a microwaved scrambled egg crumbled on top even a few bacon crumbles tooo yummy
