This is a great low fat sauce. Adjust herbs to taste. Very low fat, no sugars.
This cheater pie is as flexible as can be. It is easily altered to be even lower fat and very low sugar. It's quick to make and requires no cooking or baking. Okay, it's not a real coconut cream (my favorite) but it will do in a pinch.
