1 pkg seasoning, 11 oz chicken, half-sugar half-splenda
This is somewhat of a mix between White Chili & Bean Soup
The original recipe calls for 16 oz of chicken, but I only had 12oz.
Caloric intake does not include the toppers (chips, cheese, sour cream)
from CROCK-POT (R) Slow Cooker "Recipe Collection"
My hubby's favorite. You can cut calories if you don't put the stuffing on top, which will also reduce butter. You can substitute margarine, reduced calorie cheeze etc. Do not use skim milk - the consistency is not right.
