This is a great chili; if you want you can make it hotter by increasing the cayenne and pepper flakes, but be careful! A little goes a long way. You can add cheese and chopped onions when serving, note this is not included in this nutritional calculation. I also switch out different flavors of refried beans, Eg. green chili, etc.
