A yummy alternative bean burger. Served with feta, a creamy tzatziki or tahini sauce with some fresh tomato and warm pita it is DEE-licious.
This muffins are delicious! And with carrots, apples, raisins and pineapple in them, it's hard not to appreciate the health factor.
I use whole wheat flour and applesauce. You can use all-purpose flour if you'd prefer. The original recipe calls for a cup of oil instead of applesauce and 1/2 cup shredded, sweetened coconut, but those add the calories and fat.
