It's soooo easy to make, you'll want to make a batch on Sunday night to enjoy for the week. No cooking required and packed full of nutritional goodness from A to Zinc - literally! Lose the raisins if you need to cut calories and carbs, but they add a yummy chewy sweetness that ought to be enjoyed. If you opt for Hodgson Mill or Bob's Red Mill brand oats, your oatmeal will be totally gluten free!
