I like using either Sole or Tilapi fillets, about 4 oz each. Nonfat, 1%, or2% milk can be used in place of the almond milk, but you have to add in the extra calories. This dish is tasty, & low cal. I make it for dinner one night & use leftovers to take for lunch. By my calculations, it is 228 cals for 1 serving, (1/4 of pan). Its the whole meal in 1 dish.
This dish is easy to make, & yummy, but a little high in sodium.
This was my Mom's recipe. It is a great side dish, & LOW in calories!! The soy sauce & water are both 1/4 cup. The lemon juice should be 1/2 tsp. My mom used lemon pepper, instead of lemon juice & black pepper, but i don't care for it. On occasion, I'll throw some mushrooms into the mix!!!
I like my Black Beans, & on occasion, like to jazz them up a bit. These are flavorful.
