I used extra lean ground chicken, 1 tsp sage, .5 tsp summer savoury and 1 tsp thyme, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Play it up your way with different meat or veggies!
A hearty and delicious soup that can be prepared and frozen. Vary the soup's flavour by experimenting with different sausages. I have used Turkey Sausage, this last time, but did not find it in the ingredients.
