Saag with Chickpeas

Saag, or palak, dishes are spiced purees of spinach or other greens common in northern India. They often contain additional ingredients such as potatos, fresh cheese, chicken or chickpeas to make a more substantial dish.

Balsalmic Pan-roasted Asparagus

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet coated with
cooking spray. Add asparagus; cook over
med heat turning occasionally, 8-10 min.
Remove from heat; sprinkle with vinegar, salt
& pepper. Toss to coat.
