14 pancakes is too many for me, so I not only made substitutions to make them heart-healthier, but also reduced the yield.
An idea popped into my head and I made these based on what I had on hand. I'd like to try it again with a reduced fat crescent roll and reduced fat cheese. If you've got the stats to spend though, I think this is a good one to try!
Adapted from Rachael Ray 365: No Repeats recipe 131, based on food availability at my local Wal-Mart, personal preference, and some mistakes. Here it is as I made it on this first attempt.
