Incredibly low calorie creation of mine. I just started chopping veggies I had in the fridge and threw some barley and beef in to add bulk. You could add just about any vegetables you desire and increase the calories by insignificant amounts.
This is my own creation - the result of a meal with "what's in the fridge".
Delicious and easy quick-fix meal. This is a hearty dinner item with few ingredients.
