Apple-oat-sage Turkey Patties (1 patty = 89.5 Cal - 3.3g fat / 8.3g carb / 7.6g protein)

Grate 2 granny smith apples and 1 med onion. Grind 1 c oats in blender till fine. Add egg, dash cayenne dash pepper, sage, dash salt, pepper, nutmeg. Mix. Add turkey. measure out 1/3 c and shape into round patties. Fry in no stick fry pan on low-mediium. Makes about 14 (.33c) patties...

Mucho Nacho - low carb / high protein

High protein nacho casserole. Recomend serving it in a salad or in lettuce scoops.
