Using a Presto Popper in the microwave
original recipe called for 3 lb pork shoulder blade roast, lean, all fat removed and 1 TBSP sea salt, but I only had a beef roast and I didn't use that much salt. I also used my 3 in 1 Ninja Kitchen cooking system.
I ran out of time, so just fixed the mixture in the Ninja 3 in 1 cooking system.
took what I had and threw it together.

I lowered the amount of oatmeal
saw a recipe and tweaked to what I had.
This tastes a lot like dinner rolls.
One of our favorite "Diet" Foods. You can eat two servings and still consume very little calories.
NOTE: to cut sodium, use reduced sodium soy sauce.
This uses the Ninja 3 in 1 cooker. A skillet would work as well.
Used homemade broth from Christmas turkey with the leftover turkey.

This uses taco meat I already had prepared.
These are so adaptable to any pizza filling. Have fun with them.

Just cleaning out the fridge
Had to use up some roasted chicken and this is what I made:

Using as much fresh fruit as is possible in an unsweetened salad.

Re-make of a recipe using the measurements I had tonight.
I looked at all the recipes and none matched what I wanted to make.

I cut this into very small pieces because it's so rich and tasty.
I didn't have any onions on hand, so I went out and pulled 3 of my green onions.
Served over a bed of rice. (rice not included in nutrition information.)

Quesadilla filling only to allow for whatever tortilla used.
I like to use the filling with a salad, no tortilla.

Using what I had to make this one.
Just wanted what I eat so I don't have to enter the individual amounts every time.
I took one of the recipes and adjusted it.
Made with what I have and adjusted from the Pampered chef recipe.
I needed to use up the bits and pieces that were in my freezer.
serve with tortillas (not included in nutritional info). One serving is 2 fajita meat servings.
Main category isn't correct, but I didn't know where to put it. since it really doesn't fall in any of the selections.
I cut this into 24 pieces instead of the 12 most cakes are cut into. So be aware of the serving size. I don't add water as some recipes do and I mix it well with an electric mixer.
Instead of following the recipe I found, I made adjustments and ended up with this. DH loved it.
We had it on spaghetti (not included in nutritional information).
Just those two in a crockpot with some seasoning
No oil "fried" egg
1 bag frozen vegetables, meat and some spices. Dinner in less than 15 minutes
I used the omelet tray with my G5 Next Generation GF grill
for bread machine. 1 1/2 pound loaf. 16 thin slices.
I made the cinnamon apples recipe I found here, but I guess I did it wrong. The cinnamon was too strong so to salvage it, I mixed up some pudding and added 1/3 of the recipe of apples. Amounts below are 1/3 of the cinnamon apple recipe.

stretching ground chuck with shredded zucchini, carrots and mushroom
use any mixture of vegetables. I fix mine in my Pampered chef stone muffin pan, or in the muffin pan that fits in my toaster oven. Either works great.
This pretty dessert makes a lovely ending to any meal. Reminiscent of an Italian lemon ice, it is updated here with a hint of fresh thyme. If you prefer a less-tart version, add a little more sugar substitute.
