These are high in fiber and scrumptious!! I cut back on the sugar (it originally called for 1/2 c. sugar), and used reduced fat peanut butter. You can't even taste the difference!!
Easy to make and delicious! You can use a Tupperware Large Deep Rock 'n Serve for microwave cooking or cook in the oven 30 min. Either way, is delicious. GREAT way to use leftover turkey or chicken! You can substitute turkey, ground turkey or ground chuck/beef for the chicken. ENJOY!!
This is a low-cal, low-fat fried rice recipe. You can add any other vegetables you want, like broccoli, celery, etc.
To make this a lowfat version of these muffins, I've subbed applesauce for the vegetable oil, egg beaters for the eggs, and nonfat milk for the milk. They taste wonderful!
It cuts the calories by 48 and has no extra fat other than what's in the mix!
To make this yummy cornbread, I used applesauce, nonfat milk and egg beaters. You can't taste the difference and it is moist.
Made in a crock pot; in last 15 min. add rice and voila' you have a ready made dinner!
