I make a pound of dried chickpeas in my pressure cooker without salt. I use half to make this hummus recipe, and the other half to make whatever flavor I'm in the mood for.
This recipe comes together pretty quickly, and makes a warm and hearty meatless meal on a cold winters night!
This is a wonderfully refreshing quinoa salad with feta cheese, pickled beets, and fresh cucumber. It goes great with a simple dish of grilled chicken or fish, and the leftover quinoa salad makes a fantastic lunch for the next day.
I used Aldi's brownie mix for this recipe.
