When I was making this I measured the meat mixture when finished cooking and it was 4 cups so I just made into four servings. After the fact I think it could be easily split into 8 servings with two tortillas per serving. This is not how the calories are calculated, please take that into mind if you decide to cook this recipe! It would definitely lower the calories and sodium!!!
My husband got this recipe off the internet and surprised me with a wonderful low calorie meal! Very simple and delicious!
This is a great lunch or brunch meal. It is very filling and the crab gives it a hint of sweet to make it oh so savory! You can put other meats like chiken or tuna, but the crab is delicious.
