Lean chicken and cheese rolled up into a crescent roll and baked. Topped with cream of chicken soup diluted with a little milk....yum yum!
Hard to lighten up this recipe; I did use fat free condensed milk and cut into tiny squares.
*This recipe is adapted from the back of the Philadelphia Cooking Creme container.
Used chicken breasts and reduced fat soups to save on the calories. Combined with egg noodles, sour cream and bread crumb topping, this meal is easy to prepare and yummy!
Instead of 3 eggs, I used an egg white product. I also used 1% milk instead of skim used fat free mozarella cheese.
A great way to use of refrigerator contents or surplus summer yields...and with only 2 TBLS of olive oil, healthy to boot!
This is a festive and low calorie salad; cheese crumbles are added for flavor and protein. It would work well for picnics because there is no mayonnaise.
A healthy way to enjoy fruit sweetened with honey and flavored with a little red wine.
For those who don't like the texture of cottage cheese, this smoothie will provide the protein in a smooth and refreshing pick-me-up.
This recipe was given to me by a DEAR church member, so its one of the those recipes likely handed down from generation to generation. It's a great way to use leftover cooked chicken and I just love the warm taste of curry - especially on a cold or rainy day.
