The white flour tortillas add a lot of fat and calories to this recipe--they are hearty and delicious, but using corn tortillas will lighten the caloric load quite a bit. I'm calculating for the flour tortillas because that is what I made!

Cabbage and Ramen Noodle Salad

Simple, good for potlucks, best to eat the first day so that the noodles stay crisp. Tastes great after sitting, too, just best to add the noodles at serving.
