These are some tasty pancakes that come out thick without using buttermilk.

Healthier Lighter French Toast

I converted an old family recipe to make it a little lighter. The calories listed are just for the coating & coconut oil. You will still have to add the bread chosen to your Spark Nutrition.

Healthier Pan Fried Chicken

I converted an old family recipe & made it healthier by using some wheat flour & coconut oil. I used low sodium salt to make mine less salty. You can use more. I like the taste of the buttermilk, but you can eliminate it if you want & save some calories.

Healthier Irish Soda Bread

I converted my family's Irish Soda Bread recipe by changing some of the all purpose flour to whole wheat flour & by reducing the amount of buttermilk.

Grandma Lee's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I converted my Grandma's recipe from using Shortening to using Butter & Coconut Oil. I also changed the recipe from only using white all purpose flour to using both white & wheat flour. These cookies are a little healthier & delicious!

Morning Green Protein Drink #1

I just started drinking this. It is gritty but it tastes pretty good.
I needed a way to up my daily protein. This drink contains zero soy or dairy, so it can work for people who are vegetarian, vegan or have thyroid disease. I drink it in the morning while I eat my breakfast & before I work out.
