Chicken Salad with cottage cheese (low carb)

This is a low carb, high protein chicken salad that can be spiced up with dill, oregano, or your favorite herbs.

Harrissa #1 (Paula Wolfert's) Dip

This is a delicious Tunisian Harissa. It is NOT too hot as a dip, but it has good spices when you want some flavor - use as a dip, dressing, tossed w/pasta, rice, over veggies or meats. If you have le tabil spices, use that in place of the ground coriander. The 4 servings is for a dip. With less oil and no water, it is a hot Harissa to be added by the tsp full into a recipe. Try it!
