100 % Whole wheat pizza crust - Bread MAchine

Made in the bread machine, divided into individual pizza crusts, couldnt be any easier! And soooooo low calorie! 211 calories per crust..and the individual crusts are plate size!

I searched a lot of recipes on Sparkrecipes.com and didnt find one like mine yet. So i hope you enjoy!
Lots of yummie stuff going on here, from chicken to green chiles,black beans and corn to red pepper flakes! I didnt tally the tortilla into the equation because i prefere to be versatile in what i wrap these in!

Healthy Breakfast Burrito

This is a hit with everyone in my family! We love eggs, potatoes, bacon wrapped up in a nice tortilla! This healthy version allows us to have just that, and a whole lot more! Top with parm or feta if you wish (not included in recipe calc.), change up the greens , or the meat. The point is to keep it super light on the fattier meats, adding only just enough to add a little flavor of it, a hint -if you will. Let the eggs and chick peas take care of the protien portion. The newer style tortillas are just superb with this recipe! There are several kinds of them, try them all! We just love them! I've even added a few sunflower seeds to this!! LOL use your imagination!!

Eggplant Parmesan Loaf

I scanned a lot of different recipes and decided to come up with my own! This turned out so fantastic, and rich and flavorful!! Everyone in the house loved it! I also added some Italian seasonings to this, but couldnt find the spice in the index. ..and..forgot to take a photo!! Will change that next week!!
I didnt add any salt to this recipe at all. And nobody even reached for it at the table!
