My hubby's smoothie creation!
This is from Sandra Lee's Semi-Homemade Slow Cooker Recipes cookbook (p. 18). It's actually Pot Roast w/Mushroom Gravy, but I modified since my husband is allergic to mushrooms.

A recipe I found on Allrecipes.com, but slightly changed.
These are great for open faced meatball sandwiches, spaghetti & meatballs, or even just with a toothpick eaten alone! These are the only meatballs I make!
Tastes amazing & makes the house smell great, too!
Ground Turkey can be substituted for the ground beef & I use BBQ sauce instead of Ketchup because I think it makes it slightly sweeter. The recipe also says that Soy Sauce can be substituted for the Worcestershire Sauce. Great to use with the loaf pan w/holes on the bottom to drain the grease (if you don't have one, they are GREAT!).
This recipe came from the Weight Watchers Complete Cookbook. The book says 4pts, although I changed the recipe slightly.
*I marinated my steak a few hours before & did so cold. The originally recipes calls for creating the marinade, boil for 5minutes, cool completely, then adding the steak for 30minutes. Up to you how you want that part done.
