This is a yummy, easy recipe for homemade yogurt. I add fresh fruit, homemade jam or use it as sour cream in recipes such as beef stroganoff.
Instead of making meatballs, I save time by just browning the meat then making the sauce and serving the whole thing over rice.
My kids beg for this great pasta salad and I normally take this to summer pot-lucks. It's always a huge hit and it's so easy to make that I can wait until the last minute. I created this recipe from some ingredients I had on hand one day when I realized I didn’t have anything planned for dinner and it was too hot out to use the stove or oven for very long. We didn’t have any bread for sandwiches (a favorite in our house in the summer) and I didn’t want to run to the store. If you follow this recipe exactly, you will have a very large bowl that will easily feed 10 or more people for dinner. It’s a colorful dish that can be used as a side or a meal by itself. I hope you enjoy this dish as much as my family and friends do.
I can't recall where I found this recipe originally, but it is by far the best banana bread I've ever had. Even my kids love it and they are very picky! I love eating a warm slice of banana bread while enjoying a steaming cup of dark coffee. Yum!
These easy dinner rolls, baked in muffin tins, and are hearty and flavorful.
This tastes just like enchiladas! It's fast and easy! Even better, the entire family will love it!
This is a simple and quick way to make a favorite comfort food. Perfect for chilly days! Serve with fresh fruit or a jello salad to round out the meal.
These fluffy apple scones are wonderful alone, with butter, or even a light vanilla glaze. Perfect for Sunday Brunch.
This is a favorite in my family. It's quick and easy to prepare. I add green beans and applesauce to round out the meal. We love this in the winter time.
These quick and easy snacks are great for kids after a long day at school or play.
