This is a good protein shake for blasting fat. The all natural peanut butter will help your body burn fat while the carbs from the skim milk and protein powder will provide the energy you need.
I wouldn't recommend this for a dail use. Only as a quick pre-workout or mid-day boost. Hope you enjoy. It has taken me 6 months to find a shake I enjoy. So I wanted to share my new discovery with you all.
