These little babies pack a powerful protein punch! 4 grams of carbs and 11 of lean protein will get your morning hopping! I like to make a big pan on the weekend, and eat them through the week, either as a quick breakfast or as a high protein snack.
These are very dense. If you want a fluffier version, up the egg and egg white component and cut back on the veggies. I personally like lots of goodies in my quiche.
A very yummy, high in protein substitute for a starch! This is an ancient grain, and a perfect food!
