Nice Healthy Okra chili I modified from Roger Mooking's Okra Chili on his "Every Day Exotic" TV show
NOTE: Ingredient list and instructions are from Roger Mooking's recipe. The nutrition information above is from my modification (Turkey instead of Beef).
I use 2 green peppers, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 2 onions, 1 pkg of cut okra, 1+ lbs lean ground turkey, 1 can of peeled tomatoes.
