I travel allot and like to take these with me to avoid the "free breakfast" at the hotels I stay at.
Original recipe is on the Sugar Free Mom website/blog. I added the protein and left out the flax seed.
Makes a large batch. I usually portion control in one cup containers. Eat one and freeze the rest. Great with a sandwich for lunch on a cold day.
My Mom used to make a salad with these ingredients when I was a kid. I was looking to add some "pizzaza" to my whey protein and decided to incorporate it into this salad. Dalish!

This is one of my favorite "tried and true" recipies from my Mom. Great comfort food and the whole house smells great while it's baking! Served with a side of steamed carrots for a great, healthy meal.
