Makes a sweetened vanilla yogurt w/no added sugar. Use as a base for breakfast, snacks or desserts by adding granola, fruit and/or nuts.
Decaf green tea
1/4 tsp Stevia
Greek Yogurt + milk + hidden valley ranch mix + ground Flaxseed.
Tuna for sandwiches or salads with no mayonnaise, low fat w/extra protein..
This is a great low-cal., low-fat, low-carb treat to eat when you've got to have something sweet. The nutrition information is for the apple mixture only. You can also add sliced almonds, with no-fat whipped cream or low-fat frozen yogurt!
Greek Yogurt + Half & Half, Fat Free + hidden valley ranch mix. + ground Flax Seed.
Jello pudding made w/nonfat milk.
Whisk 2 cups cold milk with pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let set in fridge for 5 minutes.
1/2 cup serving, cooked w/smart balance and water
Mix 50% raw unsalted sunflower seeds with 50% dry roasted and salted seeds to reduce sodium.
Sugarless green tea
I'm always struggling to get more protein into my diet and I love sweets, so this is a perfect way to get both without a lot of extra calories, fat or sugar. It also provides you with a couple of grams of fiber! You can use low-fat milk or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk if you prefer. I also mix this with a cup of coffee for a mocha treat in the mornings.
