healthy quick and easy, this ones a keeper
i know what your thinking….its a rice cake, but when you have met your goals for the day and just have to have something sweet, this works every time! you can change it up like instead of yogurt and strawberries you could put honey and slices of apple (that have been softened in the microwave) ! enjoy!
just a quick way to add a tossed salad without having to find all the ingredients in the nutrition calculator…mmm fast and fresh!
