A recipe from the Lytton School Recipe Book. Sharing, as it has fewer calories than I expected. I don't like walnuts so I substituted chocolate chips.

It can be called Icecream Custard, as it has a thick creamy consistency.
A recipe my mother found in a magazine, originally from the TV show, Ready Steady Cook, created by George Calombaris. The magazine says it serves 4, but we got 5 filling serves from it.

This recipe came from the New World essentially foods magazine. The recipe says its for 12 medium sized muffins, but I found that mini muffins were great
A friend served this when we came to dinner and it was wonderfully tasty. The recipe is from Waitrose

This is a cake my nephew Finn used to make a lot with my sister, another of his aunt's. Even with a 2 1/2 year old doing the measurements it would come out well everytime. Hence Indestructible.
Easy recipe and reasonably quick too. Great for Autumn and spring, when it's not too hot nor too cold.
