Good fruit and vegetable mix - could use more citrus fruit I think - maybe a slice of lime to spice it up!
This is a recipe I adapted to use Gluten free oats. I combine oats, with Quinoa flakes and buckwheat flakes. Any variety of seeds or nuts could be used, as well as coconut flakes. The seasonings can be increased for added flavor, and the nutmeg could be substituted with ginger. Any variety of dry fruit can be used. I happen to have dry cranberries on hand all the time so I just use them. My kids love this as a topping for yogurt .
Didn't know what to do with soybeans so I threw this together and it wasn't too bad.
Yummy and healthy, this muffin makes a great snack or part of a good breakfast.
This recipe is for tofu, but I've left the tofu out of the calc so you can add chicken or whatever you'd like.
vegetarian and gluten-free; a healthy protein rich chunky vegetable topper for spaghetti.
Use your own preference for seasonings if you like a lot of flavor.
I make these with a gluten free flour blend but the original recipe used all purpose flour. Good either way. Nutritional info is based on rice flour and tapioca starch.
