I found this on the SparkRecipe app posted by Darlingjeffie, but could not find it on here. Super easy! I add pumpkin pie spice to the mixture and top it with cinnamon and either low cal maple syrup or clover/tulip poplar honey (not included in the calorie count).
I use some white flour to get a bit of fluffiness to the pancakes and as a compromise to my husband. I use 2% milk instead of skim because you do need some fat in your diet. I spread some apple butter on top and it's wonderful. This is a variation of the whole wheat waffle recipe posted by another user.
This is a doubled recipe of one I saw on Veria channel's show "Fed Up!". It's the topping for a corn cake but I made this for pound cake at a family event. Picture to come!
I found this recipe on the back of a bag of Martin's brand lentils. I slightly modified to my tastes. I added no extra salt and incorporated only pepper and garlic powder as my seasonings. Also the serving size is "guesstimated". I ladled myself a one cup serving so the calories and such may be less than the serving size listed. This is a great way to get veggies and protein in a low calorie, low fat way.

A hearty recipe I got from my mother in law we like to eat about once every few months. It's very hearty, filling, and cooked right comes out very tender. Makes great left over sandwiches as well. Suggestions to lower sodium welcome.
I make my own smoothies and this is just something I threw together one day. This is a sweet combination with NO added sugar. Plus the V Fusion adds a serving of vegetables per cup you use. In this recipe I used the Cranberry Blackberry V fusion.
