Gluten free naturally sweetened pancakes! I love them plain but you can spread some natural nut butter or a drizzle of pure maple syrup!
A light salad full of antioxidants and good fats, a great side dish to anything really.
I discovered Soy Flour as a low carb alternative to regular flour and have been experimenting with it ever since!
This is my version of pancakes using Soy Flour, they can be eaten as is without anything or with some natural nut butter!
