Easy to make, delightful creamy dessert! This is low carb and low sugar, but NOT low fat.
I really want to like spinach but I hate the taste and texture when cooked. Adding it to my morning smoothie does not change the taste or texture---just the color!
This is a family recipe. I added pumpkin to hide some vitamins for my kids and improve the color.
