I'm just testing this, trying to find lower-salt recipes. If it works, I'll add different ingredients to make it more scrumptious (seeds, etc.). So check later. Or send me your recipe. :-)
A great breakfast or snack. The oatmeal is filling and the chocolate satisfying, not to mention the peanut butter. The hard thing is to be accurate with the high-calorie peanut butter. But change the Splenda to meet your own sweet tooth. I use crunchy peanut butter to add texture.
