Cheese-filled deliciousness and a nice way to get some vegetables in, especially for those of us who aren't huge veggie fans.
Lower-carb version of my stuffed peppers.
Used little meat leftover, and added cabbage and spices with a few other veggies. 6+ grams fiber and only 14 carbs (8 net carbs).
A delicious and healthy chili, with 12 g fiber per serving and only 357 mg sodium per large serving (almost 2 c). Only around 320 calories! Low in sugar, sodium, and saturated fat.
