This dip is great eaten with bread or pita, a dip for veggies, just about anything. My favourite way of eating it is with 2 slices of bread with just the tiniest bit of butter
I make this when I'm too tired or lazy after work to make a real dinner but want to up my protien intake :) Does not take more than 15 mins, even less if you have cooked rice handy.
