Very yummy and creamy dish. You can substitute mushrooms for any other vegetable if you like. Slightly time consuming, as you have to stand over it and stir until it is finished. Recipe is easily doubled.
A rich cheesecake. Only a small sliver needed to totally satisfy. Makes 12 or more servings.
Yummy banana loaf - no frills or extras. However, you can if you wish add a cup of walnuts or pecans. I prefer it without.
Enjoy as a simple snack or as a bowl of yummy cereal. No sugar required.
