a super yummy coffee treat for 4 points. Beats the heck out of caribou @ ten points for a JUNIOR caramel cooler and 8 for a TALL caramel frappachino @ Starbucks. you get twice the serving and just as much yum :) If you want to drop calories/point just leave out sweet cream (makes it 2 points ) and if you leave off that and the heath brings it to 1!!.
these are delisious light and easy as pie. they always are fluffy and perfect every time

love pioneer womens recipes but hated that it was almost 700 calories almost. So redid it and brought it down to a little over 200 it is great and much better
This is a penzys recipe I tried to make more healthy can be made even better by doing whole wheat dough and fat free mayo and sour cream and cheese but only had low fat on hand it is delish 9 ww points done this way but certainly less then going out to eat
this is one point soup very quick and easy and a way to use the 0 point shirataki noodles with out tasting the difference (fooled my kids they thought it was thier plain old ramen )
