You can really sub any leftover or available veggies you have. I had leftover prepared spaghetti squash, so that's what I used!
Fresh or frozen blueberries and honey greek yogurt sweeten up this high-protein breakfast smoothie.
A twist on the traditional breakfast hash uses salmon instead of corned beef, and sweet potatoes for added sweetness.
Great for leftover squash, and/or a combination of various squash types. I used butternut, zucchini, and yellow squash.
This recipe was made with fresh ingredients from Portland's Farmers' Market. You can find your ingredients at your own farmers' market or grocery store.
