I did not know what sambal oelek was so I googles it. Only three ingredients. Red chiles salt and brown sugar... Just an FYI Submitted by:

This is pretty good. Would have been helpful and good for nutritional information if there were specific measurements for marinade ingrediants. I ended up marinating my chicken raw instead of using pre-cooked. Came out fine. Submitted by:
