This is the delicious tabouli recipe from the Moosewood Cookbook. HOWEVER-- the calorie counts are too low! Bulgar wheat isn't entered into the "ingredients" list! This adds an additional 78 calories. Serving size = a scant cup, btw. Submitted by:
